Look like you know how to lift heavy - even if you’re a noodle-armed ectomorph. If you want the Russian Ballet of lifting, you come to North Barbell, where it’s all about form. Yeah, it takes hours getting the technique going, but damn does it pay off. Our small group training format (less than 5 lifters per session) ensures quality control across the board. Even if you’ve been doing this for years, you’ll look back and laugh at how stupidly inefficient your movement patterns were. Joking not joking. Pain and/or injuries are not badges of honor. Maybe they’re cool in certain bravado lands. But not here. When you deadlift your max, your spine doesn’t have to slingshot out of your ass. Learn how to move your body in the way nature intended.
